PK

PK, also known as Pun-Chan, is a Nova União black belt under Andrew MacDonald. His passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was ignited in 2013 when a professional Muay Thai fighter introduced him to grappling in Chiang Mai. That same year, PK moved to Bangkok to pursue his career as an engineer and began his journey in Jiu-Jitsu.

Over the years, PK has become a decorated competitor, earning medals at prestigious events such as the Asian Open and AJP, along with other major tournaments across Asia. As the head instructor at Arete BJJ Chatuchak, PK is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and fostering a positive training environment. Fluent in both Thai and English, he is known for his infectious smile, warm personality, and unwavering enthusiasm on and off the mats.
