1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), martial arts training, and related activities carries a risk of injury, including but not limited to, physical harm, bodily injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities, including but not limited to, the risks arising from the actions or negligence of other participants, instructors, or staff.

2. WAIVER AND RELEASE

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the training, programs, and activities provided by Arete BJJ Chatuchak in Bangkok, Thailand, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Arete BJJ Chatuchak, its instructors, staff, employees, volunteers, members, and any other affiliated persons or organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in these activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arete BJJ Chatuchak, its instructors, staff, employees, volunteers, and members against any and all claims, demands, or actions that may be made against them as a result of my participation in the training, programs, or activities.

4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts training. I agree to inform the instructors of any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate in the activities safely.

5. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I grant Arete BJJ Chatuchak permission to take and use photographs or video recordings of me during training or events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images.

6. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW RULES

I agree to follow all the rules and guidelines set by Arete BJJ Chatuchak and to behave in a respectful and safe manner while participating in the activities. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of my participation.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
